A Coastal Family Session on the shores of Satellite Beach, FL.

There’s something so magical about golden hour on the beach — the soft, warm light and gentle crashing of the waves. It’s the perfect time for a family mini session, and I was so fortunate to spend it with this wonderful family of three (soon to be four!). We chose the sandy beaches of Satellite Beach, right as the sun was begging to set, creating the most dreamy backdrop for their portraits.

I could talk about the beautiful scenery all day, but it was the connection between this family that truly made the photos shine. There’s a special kind of joy in capturing these fleeting moments — the laughter, the love, and the excitement for what’s to come. This family is about to grow by one more little boy, with their fourth arriving in January, and I loved documenting the anticipation and love they already have for him.

Throughout the session I was able to capture some beautiful and raw moments, whether it was mom and dad sitting together sharing a quiet moment, or their sweet son running along the beach with excitement, the session was filled with beautiful energy and joy. These photos will forever capture this moment in time before their family changes again. I am so excited for their next chapter and this family will always hold a special place in my heart.
