A Gorgeous Morning Engagement Session at Casa Feliz

I always feel extra grateful when I get to work with a couple not once, but twice! I had the honor of photography Collin and Elizabeth’s actual engagement back in February of this year—it was such a joyful, emotional, unforgettable day. So when they reached back out to schedule an official engagement session, I was beyond thrilled and honored to have the chance to work with them again.

We met at Casa Feliz, a historic gem nestled in the heart of Winter Park. With it’s old-world Spanish architecture, warm brick pathways, and the cutest touch of blue, it’s the kind of place that feels like stepping back in time. Add in the soft, golden morning light, and you’ve got pure magic. While we did not get to spend our entire session here, due a wedding they were preparing for later that day, we still made the most of our time there. Once we captured some shots here, we popped over to Hannibal Square to finish up our session together.

Collin and Elizabeth were just as sweet and in love as ever—effortlessly affectionate, always laughing, and totally at ease in front of the camera. There’s something so relaxed and intimate about early morning sessions, and this one was no exception. Having photographed the moment they said “yes”, and now capturing this session as they plan for “I do", I feel so blessed so have witnessed these moments and document them. These two truly have something special, and I can’t wait to see what’s next for them.
